The internal security forces raided an hospital in Beirut and cruelly interrupt the treatment of Mr Tarek RABAA, a photo by sherihane on Flickr.

Based on a report issued by the doctor from inside Roumieh's jail, the internal security forces had approved the transfer of the engineer Tarek RABAA to the hospital. On September 26, 2012 Mr Tarek RABAA had been transferred from Roumieh's prison to Al-Makassed hospital in Beirut. Around one hour after starting his medical treatment, the internal security forces suddenly raided the hospital, they ordered the doctor to stop the medical treatment process and to remove the serum because they decided to take Tarek back to jail. The doctor has refused to stop the treatment because of the critical health situation he concluded after examining Tarek, yet the internal security forces had treated cruelly Mr Tarek and they carried him on a wheelchair (because he was not able to standup) and they rapidly transported him back to Roumieh jail escorted with dozens of police's cars.
Eye-witnesses have wondered such cruel treatment and such tight security measures against Tarek RABAA who is sick and he is already in the phase of pre-trial detention since years.
The engineer Tarek RABAA who is unlawfully detained since July 12, 2010 didn't yet finish his trial in the military court in Beirut and he didn't collaborate with the Israelian as has been announced many times on TV by his family who has demonstrated many times and many evidences on the fabrication of the indictment has been distributed. He was tortured during the initial investigation because he was saying "no" to the military intelligence's investigators who suspected Tarek based on a French number which has been revealed to be used by a taxi company in Lannion-France. Tarek's sickness has been caused by the torture which had been reported last year to the military court and confirmed by a medical report issued by a so called forensic doctor, but because Tarek didn't receive a convenient treatment while he is in jail, his health situation has deteriorated quickly. After the repetitive requests of his family to transfer him to a private hospital, they got an approval on condition that the treatment's cost to be borne by RABAA's family. Suddenly, the internal security forces headed by the general Ashraf RIFI changed arbitrary the decision after transporting Tarek to the hospital and the internal security forces cruelly treated him while he was in the hospital.
As a result of such arbitrary decision, Tarek is now in the jail, more sick, he is suffering from many diseases and he is not receiving the convenient medical treatment until today...
